Sign-in methods

Streampixel supports three ways to sign in. Pick one and stick with it — see the warning below about mixing methods.
MethodWhen to use
Google SSOYou use Google Workspace or a personal Google account.
Microsoft SSOYou use Microsoft 365 or Outlook.
Email + passwordNo SSO available, or you prefer credential-based sign-in.
Always sign in with the same method you used to register. If you signed up with Google SSO and later try email + password using the same address, the system will treat you as a new user and won’t find your account — and vice versa. If you can’t get in, double-check which method you originally used. Contact support if you’re stuck.

After you sign in

You land on the Overview — a dashboard home that summarizes the projects, CCU, and session activity on your account, with quick actions for the things you’ll do most often.

Already on a team?

If your company already has a Streampixel account, ask the owner to invite you as a team member instead of creating a separate account.

Troubleshooting

You probably signed up via Google or Microsoft SSO originally. Try Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft instead — the system treats SSO and email/password as separate accounts even with the same address.
Enable third-party cookies for dashboard.streampixel.io. Try incognito if a pop-up blocker is interfering.
Check spam, then resend from the Verify email banner on the dashboard.
Some banks block first-time foreign authorizations. Try another card or approve the charge from your banking app.
