The Billing section of the dashboard is where you manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices. Only the account owner can see and change billing — team members do not have access.

Free trial

Every new account starts on a free trial.
LimitValue
Duration2 days from sign-up
Streaming time60 minutes of total session duration
Stops atWhichever limit is reached first
RestartsOne trial per account — not per project
When the trial ends the account moves to Expired until a paid plan is activated. Builds and configuration are preserved; only streaming is paused.
Use the trial to validate end-to-end performance from your own region before committing to a plan. Upload a real build, embed it on a staging page, and check FPS and latency.

Plans

Streampixel offers tiered plans differentiated by included streaming hours, concurrent session caps, region availability, and support level. The current plan list and pricing live in the dashboard under Billing → Plans — they update over time, so always check there for the latest. A paid plan unlocks:
  • More concurrent sessions
  • More monthly streaming minutes
  • Multiple regions
  • Priority support
Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payment methods

Streampixel supports cards and digital wallets. Under the hood, the dashboard routes payments through one of three gateways — Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal — depending on your billing region. You don’t pick the gateway; the dashboard selects the right one for your address automatically.

Update your payment method

1

Open Billing

From the account menu, select Billing.
2

Open Payment Methods

Click Payment Methods.
3

Add or replace

Click Add card to add a new payment method, or Edit an existing one. Card details are tokenized by the payment gateway — Streampixel never sees the raw card number.
4

Set as default

The most recently added method becomes the default for future renewals. Update if needed.
If a renewal fails, Streampixel notifies you by email and retries automatically over the following days. Subscription state moves to Past Due during retries.

Invoices

Every charge generates an invoice. Find them under Billing → Invoices. Each invoice shows:
  • Invoice number and date
  • Plan name and billing period
  • Subtotal, tax, and total
  • Payment method used
  • Status (paid, pending, failed)
Click any invoice to download the PDF.

Tax / VAT

Invoices include any applicable tax based on the billing address on file. Update your address before a billing date to make sure tax is calculated correctly. If you need to add a VAT number or company name to invoices, do it under Billing → Billing Details — changes apply to future invoices only.
Past invoices cannot be edited. If a past invoice has a tax error, contact support for a credit note.

Cancel a subscription

1

Open Billing

Go to Billing → Subscription.
2

Click Cancel

Confirm the cancellation. The dashboard shows the date your access ends.
3

Continue using until period end

Streaming and all features keep working until the end of the current billing period.
At the end of the billing period the account moves to Expired. All embedded streams and share links return an error until the subscription is reactivated. Builds and project configuration are preserved.

Resume a canceled subscription

1

Open Billing

Go to Billing → Subscription.
2

Click Resume

Available until the cancellation date. After that you must re-subscribe from the plan list.
3

Confirm

The next renewal happens on the original billing date.
If your subscription has already expired, choose a plan from Billing → Plans and complete checkout. Your existing builds and configuration stay intact, so streams resume the moment the subscription activates.

Pause vs. cancel

ActionWhen to use
PauseTemporary break — you’ll be back in days or weeks. No new charges until you resume.
CancelLong-term exit — frees up the seat and ends future charges entirely.

Failed payment recovery

If a charge fails:
  1. Streampixel emails the account owner.
  2. Subscription moves to Past Due.
  3. The gateway retries automatically over the next several days.
  4. Streaming continues during the retry window.
  5. If all retries fail, the subscription moves to Expired and streaming stops.
To resolve, update your payment method in Billing → Payment Methods, then click Retry now on the failed invoice.

Troubleshooting

ProblemFix
Card was declinedVerify with your bank — international charges or 3D Secure may need approval. Try a different card.
Invoice has the wrong taxUpdate your billing address, then contact support for a credit note on past invoices.
Can’t see the Billing tabOnly the account owner sees billing. Team members do not.
Streaming stopped after upgradeHard-refresh the dashboard. Plan changes take effect immediately but cached pages may not reflect the new limits.
Trial ended sooner than expectedThe trial ends on whichever limit hits first — 2 days or 60 streaming minutes.
